Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled AI Automation Enablement Lead to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and solutions within our organization, with a focus on automation and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AI tools, such as Rhino.ai, for code analysis and automation, as well as a deep understanding of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and maintain existing AI tools, such as Rhino.ai, for code analysis and automation, and expand their application to new areas beyond financial systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and develop strategic plans to implement AI solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NRCS financial systems and apply this knowledge to inform AI solution development and implementation
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on the use and integration of AI tools and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • In-depth knowledge of NRCS financial systems and experience working with financial data and processes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects
