Leads cross-team collaboration, drives innovation and continuous improvement, enforces governance standards, manages multiple teams, and influences leadership business decisions by designing and implementing solutions to solve real-world challenges.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages and directs the execution of AI and data strategies established by Senior Management and Executives.
2. Oversees the development and deployment of AI models and data architectures to enhance business processes and system performance.
3. Leads collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows.
4. Conducts experiments and assesses AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement.
5. Promotes innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing AI capabilities.
6. Manages multiple AI and data teams led by lower-level Management.
7. Develops and enforces AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
8. Coaches and mentors teammates to build AI expertise and foster a data-driven culture.
9. Frequently influences business decisions made by leadership.
10. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in AI and data with progressive management responsibilities.

4. Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
2. Experience in the financial services industry.

5. Experience in building financial services strategies and architectures for implementing data domains models and ownership, designating authoritative data sources, and/or authorized provisioning points.

7. Experience designing and implementing business and technical controls to mitigate data risks within business processes.
