Work you'll do

As a Palantir Engineer - AI and Data Science Engineer III on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building end-to-end use cases that deliver measurable value across mission-critical operations
  • Collaborating directly with customers to prototype solutions, gather feedback, and refine functionality based on user needs
  • Configuring and maintaining ontologies that structure enterprise data models across disparate data sources
  • Developing data transformation pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis within the Palantir environment
  • Building workflows and automated decision-support solutions while supporting requirements gathering, demonstrations, and deployment activities

  • Experience facilitating technical workshops and client demonstrations
  • Experience implementing artificial intelligence in workflow applications, including agentic solutions, and 1+ years of experience developing data pipelines and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting government clients in a consulting environment
  • Experience with Palantir Vantage
  • Experience integrating enterprise data sources
