The role

The Senior AI Developer will play a key role in building and delivering applied Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities within Seequent Evo, our geoscience data platform. The Senior AI Developer will turn prototypes into deployed, scalable product features that help customers understand semantic meaning in their data, automate workflows and interact with AI agents. • Act as a subject-matter expert in AI/ML design discussions, ensuring all customer data is secure, used with consent, and processed ethically.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge in geosciences and AI/ML, with clear opportunities to grow into leadership roles and guide future AI initiatives.

  • Have proven experience designing, building, and deploying Gen AI applications, including creating evaluation and observability systems (logging, tracing, metrics).
  • Operate with a "production-first" mindset, demonstrating a passion for turning prototypes into stable, well-documented production systems and owning features end-to-end.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills for global team collaboration, a tenacious and curious approach to problem-solving, and a clear interest in taking on future leadership and strategic responsibilities.
