What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead enterprise adoption of Databricks analytics, AI/BI, Genie, applications, semantic capabilities, and emerging AI technologies, translating platform capabilities into business value.

  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of business-facing data and AI products, from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

  • Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, semantic models, ontology frameworks, and metric standards that ensure consistent, trusted insights across reporting, analytics, and AI solutions.

  • Drive AI-powered decision-making by enabling conversational analytics, natural language querying, AI-generated insights, alerts, and recommendations that reduce manual reporting and accelerate action.

  • Champion data governance, quality, reconciliation, and standardization practices to ensure trusted metrics, explainable AI outputs, and reusable data assets across enterprise platforms.

  • Lead business enablement and change management efforts by developing adoption strategies, training users, fostering self-service analytics capabilities, and serving as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees, industry certifications, Databricks expertise, experience with generative AI and conversational analytics, and backgrounds in industrial or asset-intensive industries are preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data products, enterprise data platforms, finance analytics, digital transformation, or related disciplines, with a strong track record of delivering business value.

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, data engineering teams, analytics platforms, enterprise reporting, or data transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of modern enterprise analytics and data platforms; experience with Databricks is strongly preferred, while experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, or similar ecosystems is also valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into scalable data products, governed metrics, semantic models, dashboards, applications, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Experience designing and governing KPIs, metric definitions, business glossaries, semantic layers, and reusable reporting frameworks that support consistent decision-making.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across business and technical teams.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid office environment with opportunities to collaborate across multiple business functions and locations.

  • Fast-paced, innovative setting focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Occasional travel may be required to support business initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and project implementation.
