Job description

Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, Peregrine helps public safety organizations, state and local and governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address society's challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence - instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people - and we're amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.
The Role
Peregrine is looking for a Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer to own how teams understand, articulate, and apply customer use cases and personas across verticals. This role builds and operates a best-in-class enablement system, including a centralized library, ongoing training, and clear standards for positioning Peregrine solutions to different personas.
This is a highly execution-oriented role focused on turning complexity into clarity. You will systematize how Peregrine speaks to key customer personas, map platform capabilities to real-world workflows, and enable customer-facing teams to tailor solutions to their audience.
You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure personas and use cases are consistently understood and applied across the Sales Team.
What You'll Do
Own Use Case & Persona Enablement Framework and Library
  • Design and maintain a structured framework that connects verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows.
  • Define clear persona profiles grounded in customers' day-to-day workflows, pain points, and needs, and map them to relevant use cases and demo paths.
  • Own a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer personas.
  • Standardize templates and establish governance to ensure content is current, consistent, and easy for teams to apply.
Deliver Ongoing Enablement & Training
  • Design and co-deliver training on vertical-specific solutions, including key personas, their day-to-day challenges, how Peregrine addresses them, and what differentiates the platform.
  • Enable clear, persona-aware solution storytelling that helps sales teams connect customer needs to Peregrine's value.
  • Build field-ready, on-demand sales enablement resources-such as guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos-to support confident, consistent customer conversations.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Measurement
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product and Product Marketing to align personas with ICPs, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Incorporate field feedback from Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Define success metrics and continuously iterate based on adoption and impact.
What We Look For
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement (or related roles).
  • Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch, including: use case and persona documentation, demo scripts, videos, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
  • Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops that drive adoption and behavior change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and execution-focused.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments is a plus.
  • A builder mindset with a bias toward action and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces end to end.
  • Comfortable and willing to travel 25-35% of the time.
  • Located in New York and willing to come into the office 4 days/week.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
