●       Monitor system performance and continuously improve automations based on usage and feedback

●       Iterate on systems over time as business needs evolve

Compliance, Security & Governance

●       Build safeguards and review layers into AI workflows, especially for sensitive or regulated operations

●       Ensure all automations comply with HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare regulations

●       Implement proper access controls, audit trails, and approval workflows

●       Document architecture, logic, and decision-making in AI systems for accountability and compliance

Travel to support other business leaders’ AI automation workflows is expected to be approximately 40%, including overnight travel as required.

Qualifications

●       Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional sales experience.

●       Experience in healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, medical device, physician services, healthcare technology, or other B2B sales environments is preferred.

●       Pharmaceutical sales experience is welcome but is not required.
