Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Innovator to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions.

Job Overview:

As an AI Innovator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client AI strategy and driving the development of intelligent systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, design AI solutions, and oversee their successful implementation. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our client’s AI applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the architectural design and development of AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, computer vision applications, and data pipelines.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify requirements and translate them into scalable AI architectures.

- Design and implement data ingestion, storage, and processing strategies to support AI workflows.

- Conduct technology assessments and make recommendations on AI frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in AI development, including model training, validation, and deployment.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align AI solutions with strategic goals.

- Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, evaluate their potential applications, and propose innovative solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to client’s.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is a plus.

- Proven experience as an AI Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing AI solutions at an enterprise level.

- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Solid understanding of cloud-based AI services and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and tools, including data ingestion, ETL, and data storage.

- Familiarity with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
