  • Define and own the enterprise orchestration strategy, establishing standard patterns for sequential, parallel, hierarchical, and event-driven multi-agent workflows adopted across the organization
  • Govern the selection, configuration, and evolution of the core orchestration engine - evaluating frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent SaaS offerings) against enterprise scalability, reliability, and governance requirements
  • Define and govern the enterprise agent library - overseeing intake, versioning, approval workflows, and lifecycle management of reusable agents, tools, and MCP server endpoints
  • Partner with AI architects, security, and compliance teams to embed TRiSM standards into the framework - including explainability, behavioral guardrails, prompt injection defense, and AI risk governance

  • AI Governance & TRiSM: Embeds trust, risk, security, and privacy controls by design - guardrails, audit logging, agent cards, and anomaly detection
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Operates effectively across AI engineering, enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and business solution teams
  • Innovation Awareness: Maintains current knowledge of the agentic AI ecosystem and proactively shapes the framework roadmap as standards and tooling evolve
