Job description

Adventist Health Northwest Heart Center is seeking to expand our service line with the addition of a General Cardiologist to support our community outreach in McMinnville, Oregon.

This position includes outreach practice at Willamette Valley Medical Center (WVMC), a 60-bed acute-care, full-service facility located in the heart of wine country in McMinnville, Oregon. WVMC is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. McMinnville is a thriving town just 48 miles from Portland and 50 miles from the beautiful Oregon Coast.

About Us

We are a well-established group of physician providers, including Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Invasive/Non-Invasive Cardiologists, and Advanced Practice Practitioners. Our team offers a comprehensive and innovative cardiovascular service line and is expanding in the Northwest, based in Portland, Oregon, at Adventist Health Portland. Our urban community hospital provides advanced cardiac services, including:

  • Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, leading the area in minimally invasive and robotic surgery
  • Contemporary diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology
  • Interventional Cardiology, including one of the busiest STEMI programs in the Portland metro area
  • Surgical and endovascular treatment of peripheral and aortic disease
