Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Salaried Exempt

Position Summary
Hangcha America Smart Logistics Solution (HASL) is seeking a hands-on AGV Commissioning amp; Maintenance Engineer to support the growth of our AGV/AMR business across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for the on-site implementation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales support of AGV/AMR systems and intelligent logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site AGV/AMR system implementation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities
  • Conduct equipment testing, system debugging, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis during project deployment
  • Provide technical support and timely problem resolution for customers and internal project teams
  • Perform preventive maintenance and operational support for deployed AGV/AMR systems
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery
  • Assist customers with system operation, maintenance guidance, and after-sales support
  • Analyze electrical, mechanical, and system-related issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and project records
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. as required by project and business needs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines
  • Strong hands-on technical skills and ability to work in industrial and customer-site environments
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, automation, networking, mechanical systems, or industrial controls
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during project implementation phases
  • Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and long-term career mindset
  • AGV/AMR systems, warehouse automation, intelligent logistics, or industrial robotics
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, industrial networking, or automation systems
  • Experience with warehouse automation or logistics solutions
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese is a plus
  • Previous experience supporting customer-facing technical projects is a plus
