As part of our Parts Division, this role directly strengthens Kubota’s dealer network by driving parts revenue, expanding dealer share, and elevating brand awareness through education, merchandising, and promotion of Kubotabranded products.

This position plays a key role in enhancing the overall Kubota dealer parts experience. You will partner closely with dealership parts and service personnel, deliver regional training seminars, and support the rollout of branded products including batteries, lubricants, workshop supplies, and additional offerings as introduced. About the Role

The Parts Sales Manager generates revenue by increasing parts sales, expanding dealer share of Kubota parts, and strengthening Kubota brand awareness. This role provides dealer education, merchandising guidance, and promotional support for Kubotabranded products. It also leads annual regional dealer parts training seminars to improve dealer capabilities and enhance the overall Kubota parts experience.

What You’ll Do

This position performs the following duties in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures:

  • Review and analyze all aspects of dealership parts operations with parts and service personnel to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Create and maintain training materials for dealer education programs.
  • Provide key dealers with parts marketing, merchandising strategies, and brandbuilding recommendations.
  • Conduct annual regional training seminars to address dealership gaps, educate personnel on Kubota parts systems, policies, and procedures, and improve the overall dealer experience.
  • Encourage dealer participation in parts promotions and newly introduced partsrelated programs.
  • Evaluate competitive products and develop selling strategies to increase Kubota parts sales and brand recognition.
  • Provide management with periodic sales trends, analysis, and forecasts.
  • Administer parts sales and branded product telemarketing campaigns using available divisional resources.
  • Attend and participate in relevant business meetings and industry conferences.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • With a degree: Minimum 5 years of experience in the agriculture industry and/or 2–3 years in a sales role.
  • Without a degree: Minimum 7 years of experience in the agriculture industry and/or 2–3 years in a sales role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and other business software tools.
  • Strong customer service and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Prior mentoring or training experience preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.

  • Must possess sufficient mobility and physical reflexes to function effectively in an office environment and perform the duties outlined above.
