Qualifications
- Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Field Service Technician, Mechanical Installer, or similar mechanical position.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial or agricultural equipment.
- Experience installing and maintaining mechanical systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or willingness to learn.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

The company is seeking skilled Millwrights to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair agricultural processing equipment and mechanical systems at customer locations and in the shop. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair agricultural processing equipment and mechanical systems.
- Perform mechanical installations, maintenance, and repairs both in the shop and at customer facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn.
- Assemble, align, and install conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, augers, piping, and other mechanical components.
- Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete accurate service reports, work orders, and required documentation using a laptop or computer.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment status, repairs, and recommendations.
- Manage workload efficiently while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, thoroughly, and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures and properly using personal protective equipment.
- Work overtime and travel as project schedules require.
