Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, based upon experience

Job Type: Full Time

About the Opportunity:

Crop Care, is a Pest Control business working with Christensen & Giannini, LLC, a grower in Monterey County. The Pest Control Advisor (PCA) is responsible for inspecting crops, identifying pest, weed, and disease issues, evaluating field conditions, and recommending safe, effective pest management strategies.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field, required. • Must have a PCA License.
  • Must have worked in the vegetable industry for 3-5 years.
  • Valid California Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA) License, required. • Thorough knowledge of agricultural pests and their control in organic and conventional systems, required.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record and meet insurance requirements.
  • Fluency in Spanish desirable.
