Job description

What You Will Be Doing:
Customer Strategy & Governance
  • Act as the voice of the customer (VoC), ensuring ERP solutions align with client objectives
  • Build trusted advisor relationships to strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Facilitate executive steering committees to support customer decision-making
  • Provide proactive customer advocacy and guidance
  • Ensure the client is maximizing their investment in the Epicor platform

Portfolio Planning & Prioritization
  • Collaborate with customers to identify, evaluate, and priorities ERP initiatives based on ROI and business impact
  • Maintain visibility of all ERP projects within the assigned portfolio (internally & externally)
  • Develop customer-specific ERP portfolio roadmaps aligned to strategic goals

Portfolio Management & Billable Delivery
  • Serve as Program Manager for major ERP engagements, ensuring delivery against contractual scope, timeline, and budget
  • Oversee program financials including forecasting, invoicing, margin tracking, and profitability
  • Monitor and report on billable utilization, ensuring alignment with company targets
  • Balance internal resource capacity with customer demand to maximize utilization
  • Act as an escalation point for program delivery issues

Financial & Resource Stewardship
  • Oversee customer budgets, forecasts, and portfolio expenditure
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across billable programs and portfolios
  • Ensure accounts receivable in line with Epicor payment terms

Risk, Change & Benefits Realization
  • Identify risks across both portfolio and program levels, creating proactive mitigation strategies working as needed with the office of risk management and other stakeholders within Epicor
  • Lead change management to ensure adoption and minimize disruption
  • Track benefits realization and value delivery for customer programs
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell / up-sell Epicor solutions

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor Epicor KPIs for portfolio and program performance (scope, cost, schedule, utilization, budget, margin and governance)
  • Deliver transparent reporting via dashboards, executive reviews, and financial updates
  • Apply lessons learned to improve delivery methods and outcomes with feedback to internal and external stakeholders

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary liaison with customer executives, vendors, and internal delivery teams
  • Ensure consistent communication across all engagements
  • Facilitate resolution of escalations and conflicts
  • Drive Client Referenceability and Case Studies
  • Work towards C-Level Attendance and / or Presentation at Insights

What You Will Likely Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline (Relevant master's degree preferred, e.g. MBA)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile Portfolio Management)
  • 10+ years' experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in ERP delivery
  • Demonstrated success managing billable programs with strong utilization and profitability performance
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale ERP portfolios and programs in global environments.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor).
  • Financial acumen includes P&L at project and program level, benefits realization, and contract management.

Range:
Minimum: $120,000 USD Maximum: $204,000 USD
The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
