Role Summary
We are seeking an Agentforce Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein capabilities. The role focuses on creating autonomous, goal-driven agents that automate customer interactions, internal workflows, and decision-making processes across Salesforce platforms.
The ideal candidate combines Salesforce development expertise, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned agent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Development
โ€ข Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents aligned to business use cases
โ€ข Build autonomous workflows using Agent Builder, Flows, and Einstein AI capabilities.
โ€ข Define agent goals, topics, decision paths, guardrails, and escalation scenarios.
โ€ข Implement prompt engineering best practices for accurate, safe, and contextual outputs.
Salesforce Development
โ€ข Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
โ€ข Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
โ€ข Build APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP.
Data, Security & Governance
โ€ข Ensure AI agents comply with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance models.
