Job Responsibilities

Control the compliance of requests from administrators with respect to the HR entry procedures in force; Archive digital documents in the files of administrators; Enter in the PHILEAS tool the processing chain of compliant requests; Follow the evolution of the consideration of corrections expected from administrators following the rejection of a request; Participate in the improvement of the tools and procedures of treatment put in place.

Required Profile

It must be organized and methodical and show rigor as it must codify in the SIRH Concerto all situations entitled to salary and/or pension of the military. To do this, it must assimilate the salary regulation of the military as well as the operating modes of the SIRH. It must show discretion as it has access to the personal data of the military.
