Agent(e) de terminus

Terminus de Jonquière et/ou de Chicoutimi

Nous recherchons une personne fiable, orientée client et à l’aise dans un environnement opérationnel pour se joindre à notre équipe à titre d’agent(e) de terminus.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer un service à la clientèle professionnel au terminus

  • Vendre des billets et informer la clientèle sur les itinéraires, horaires et services

  • Répondre aux appels entrants et effectuer le suivi requis

  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives (classement, saisie, soutien opérationnel)

  • Assurer la réception et l’expédition de colis

Profil recherché

  • Excellent sens du service à la clientèle

  • À l’aise avec le travail multitâche et les outils informatiques de base

  • Autonomie, rigueur et fiabilité

  • Capacité à travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) : atout

Conditions de travail

  • Horaire à temps partiel

    • Environ 12 à 24 heures/semaine à Jonquière

  • Possibilité de travailler :

    • dans un seul terminus ou

    • dans les deux, selon les disponibilités

  • Horaire incluant soirs et fins de semaine

Poste idéal pour une personne recherchant un emploi stable à temps partiel dans un environnement structuré et orienté vers le service à la clientèle.
