Job description

About the Role
We're a small, fast-moving team building a results-as-a-service platform that helps health-focused e-commerce brands win visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search. Our core product deploys AI agents to monitor performance, develop growth strategies, and surface actionable insights - all backed by expert review and a results guarantee.
We're looking for an Agent Engineer who wants to shape how the product is built from the ground up. You'll design and build the AI agents themselves as well as the web platform they operate within - owning architecture decisions, setting technical standards, and working directly with customers to ship something they love.
What You'll Do
  • Craft the overall architecture and establish technical standards for the platform.
  • Ship features across the full stack, thoughtfully balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.
  • Build and iterate on AI agents that power core product capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into a beautiful, intuitive product experience.
  • Help the product scale as adoption grows.
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Proficiency with React and TypeScript - you've built and shipped production web applications.
  • Strong command of Tailwind CSS within React projects.
  • Experience integrating with Supabase backend services.
  • Experience deploying or hosting applications on Railway or comparable platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a seed-stage startup environment - you're used to moving fast and wearing multiple hats.
  • Ability to work with customers to define technical direction and architecture.

Nice to have:
  • Prior experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems.
  • Background in e-commerce, SEO, or marketing technology products.
Location
This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA. In-person presence is preferred; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is competitive for a seed-stage company. You'll be joining early with meaningful equity upside and direct impact on the product and company trajectory.
