Surveillance Agent (Agente devigilancia)
Description:
Provide and maintain a proactive surveillance operation thatprotects the Company's assets and licenses. Be familiar with gamingregulations, Company policies and procedures, and have working knowledgeof applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operate all SurveillanceCCTV and related equipment. Accurately and confidentially, observe andreport all violations of law, regulations and procedures. Cooperateswith other departments and other Station Casinos SurveillanceDepartments in protecting the assets of the company. Maintain strictconfidentiality concerning the conduct, operations, controls andprocedures involving surveillance activities. Demonstrate leadershipabilities, including but not limited to, coaching, training andmotivating all surveillance personnel in their daily activities.Knowledge of casino games and understand all relevant aspects of eachgame, such as dealing procedures, counting strategies and methods ofcheating. Conducts surveillance reviews or audits to confirmtransactions or events.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. Minimum 3 years of previousSurveillance Agent experience preferred. Must pass written Surveillancetest. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration. Must be able to workquickly and accurately under high-stress situations. Able to perform allfunctions required of a Surveillance Agent. Demonstrate sound judgmentand mature decision-making skills that are in the best interest ofStation Casinos.

Proporcionar y mantener una operación de vigilancia proactivaque proteja los activos y licencias de la Compañía. Estar familiarizadocon las normas de juego, las políticas y los procedimientos de laCompañía y tener conocimiento práctico de las leyes federales, estatalesy locales aplicables. Operar todos los circuitos cerrados de TV devigilancia y equipos relacionados. De manera precisa y confidencial,observar e informar todas las violaciones de la ley, los reglamentos ylos procedimientos. Cooperar con otros departamentos y otrosdepartamentos de vigilancia de Station Casinos en la protección de losactivos de la compañía. Mantener estricta confidencialidad sobre laconducta, operaciones, controles y procedimientos que involucren lasactividades de vigilancia. Demostrar habilidades de liderazgo, queincluyen, entre otros, entrenar, capacitar y motivar a todo el personalde vigilancia en sus actividades diarias. Conocimiento de los juegos decasino y comprensión de todos los aspectos relevantes de cada juego,como los procedimientos de negociación, las estrategias de conteo y losmétodos para hacer trampa. Realizar revisiones de vigilancia oauditorías para confirmar transacciones o eventos.
Calificaciones:
El requisito de edad mínima es de 21 años. Se prefiere quetenga un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia previa como agente devigilancia. Debe pasar la prueba escrita de vigilancia. Debe ser capazde obtener un registro para juegos de azar. Debe ser capaz de trabajarcon rapidez y precisión en situaciones de alto estrés.
