POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front Line Team Member is the face and service agent of the Shiny Shell premium product. We aim to "Make Drivers Happy", and nobody carries this weight of this responsibility more than the Front Line Team.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome every driver with a smile to "Make Drivers Happy" every time
  • Proactively find items to do in order to maintain efficient operations of the car wash
  • You will usually find yourself in one of three main roles at the wash:
  1. Greeter - Welcoming customers, teaching them about their wash options, and selling them on Wash Club
  2. Loader - Guiding cars into the wash tunnel. This role is very important to maintain safety of employees, drivers, and car wash and car equipment
  3. Lot Attendant - Attend to and assist drivers with the finishing touches to their wash experience, ask drivers for reviews, ensure safety of children and families, maintain cleanliness in the lot and members' lounge, and more...
  • A heavy focus on cleaning, including but not limited to facilities, bathrooms, concrete, wash tunnel and equipment, windows, and more
  • Deep cleaning of the facilities on slow days (bad weather)
