Were currently seeking a Agency Sales Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in driving success across the region.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader who's ready to build, grow, and manage an agency within the support and stability of a proven organization. As aa Agency Sales Leader, you'll have the freedom to make strategic decisions, recruit and develop a team, and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference both in the insurance industry and in the local community. A strong presence in Northern Illinois will be essential, as youll be representing District 23 throughout the area.
