Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing, website development, engagement marketing, and event projects.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as necessary.

  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and timelines, including coordination with event logistics teams.

  • Oversee the management of budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects, including events and experiential activations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Understand client goals, especially related to engagement marketing and event activations, and provide strategic recommendations to drive successful outcomes.

  • Manage client expectations, foster strong relationships, and address issues proactively.

Engagement Marketing & Events:

  • Lead the planning and execution of engagement marketing initiatives, including digital experiences, in-person activations, and events.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand interaction through live events, experiential marketing, and digital campaigns.

  • Coordinate all aspects of event production, from logistics and vendor management to on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Develop engagement strategies that leverage social media, content marketing, and event-based experiences to create meaningful interactions with target audiences.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers, event specialists) to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.

  • Lead internal and client meetings to facilitate alignment and progress updates.

  • Help resolve any conflicts or roadblocks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, including last-minute changes for live events.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards.

  • Ensure final delivery of work product aligns with defined success metrics for engagement marketing and event outcomes.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and clients, providing insights on both digital and experiential marketing results.

  • Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for process improvement, particularly in enhancing customer engagement and event ROI.
