Description
Job Duties:
  • Represents the company for the sale of residential agricultural equipment to customers to meet sales goals.
  • Manages and follows up on all sales leads
  • Researches availability of models and optional equipment and suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
  • Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment.
  • Monitors competitive activity/products and explains features of equipment
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase.
  • Arranges for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during sales process.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales contract and various paperwork.
  • Maintains sales management information for all customers and leads.
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Grow assigned territory sales and market share
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business field preferred or related experience required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Must be energetic and a self-starter
  • Ability to cold-call customers and grow market share in new markets
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
