Experienced Grain Merchandiser
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes and build long-term relationships.
  • Experience in Retail and Marketing, with a focus on promoting and positioning products to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategic approaches to maximize revenue and reduce risks.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges and
  • Ensure smooth operations.
  • Basic understanding of grain markets and agricultural commodities is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • P/L responsibility and experience in the Western US grain markets.

Role Description
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a client who is seeking an experienced Grain
Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site position based in Southeast, CO. In this role, you will be
responsible for managing the procurement and sales of grain, building and maintaining
relationships with customers and buyers, and analyzing market trends to maximize profitability.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating the logistical aspects of grain transportation and
delivery, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the operations team to
ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
