POSITION: Afternoon Custodian
LOCATION: Chatterton Middle School and Westview Elementary School
WORK YEAR: School Year; Alternate shifts when school is not in session
RATE OF PAY: Per Local 1305 Collective Bargaining Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Possess good habits, character and attendance records
  • Be neat and clean in appearance
  • Ability to work alone and within a group to complete tasks
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions
  • Ability to read instructions and follow verbal and written directions
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, stoop and squat as part of daily job duties
  • Ability to work outside and in inclement weather conditions
