Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shifts
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure safety at home
  • Prepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences
  • Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
  • Communicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family members as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
