EVT Management Services is a food and beverage company providing concessions at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre.


Food Worker Position Summary

A professional, high-energy person who will work collaboratively in a concession kitchen. Responsibilities may include food preparation, grill cooking, fryer cooking, and food management.


Basic duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Safe food handling practices.
  • Preparing concession food for sale.
  • Cooking concession food for sale.
  • Managing food supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Working outdoors in all weather, including the heat.
  • Lift and carry 25-70 lbs. of cased food product.
  • Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations. (Food Safety Certification
  • preferred.)
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Perform in a loud, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and support staff.


Shifts available for all positions

  • Start times vary based on the needs of each event, but usually the afternoon and/or evenings.
  • Approximately 3 to 8 hours, however the duration of shifts varies upon the needs of the event
