Job description

MRI Technologist Level 2

Schedule: Full time, 12:30 PM 9:00 PM Bonus: $25,000 sign on bonus available

Role Overview

Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures within a breast imaging environment, supporting diagnostic accuracy and patient care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain patient comfort and safety throughout all imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards.

  • Apply independent judgment and technical expertise to produce high quality diagnostic images.

  • Support breast imaging workflows and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

  • Maintain a safe environment and ensure compliance with all regulatory and departmental standards.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, technologists, and radiologists.

Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.

  • ARRT (MR) preferred; MRI certification must be obtained within required timeframe if not already held.

  • State license required (or willing to obtain).

  • Current BLS certification required.

  • Prior MRI experience preferred; breast imaging experience is a plus.

Additional Notes
  • Position is located in a high volume, advanced breast imaging center.

  • Full time role with consistent afternoon/evening schedule.
