North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is offering the unique and lucrative travel opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists on our Implementation Team to travel to various facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. As part of our Implementation Team, you will find a way to practice that offers flexibility with consistent scheduling well in advance to meet the lifestyle needs of you and your family. The Implementation Team offers prospective candidates flexibility and the option to work at various sites across the Mid-Atlantic Region (typically associated with working locums), along with the security and benefits of full time W-2 employment.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Pre-anesthesia assessment

Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements:

Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider

Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Must be willing and able to travel between locations

Lifestyle Total Rewards:

$320,000 salary annual (exempt position)

CRNA may be used up to one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift.

Sign-on bonus: $75K

Reimbursements: Up to $50 per workday for food (Receipts must be submitted). Mileage to and from home to site if greater than 30 miles one way reimbursed at IRS mileage rates. Mileage to and from home to hotel/lodging reimbursed up to $139/night (may increase rate based on location, with approval). Team member may request mileage or lodging but are expected to find lodging within 30 miles of the site if choosing a hotel. Reimbursement for additional fees includes state licenses, application fees, staff dues, and other such fees as appropriate. Car Rental: Mid-size or standard. Reasonable rates as determined by the Rental Car Agreement. Air travel should be a rare exception and will require pre-approval.
