Job description

Job Title: Senior FP&A Manager (Commercial & Revenue)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager to partner with our commercial business units and provide critical financial stewardship. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for managing the financial health of our product brands, tracking revenue performance, and supporting the broader commercial planning lifecycle.
This is a "sleeves-up" leadership role for a finance professional who is comfortable building a complex model in the morning and presenting key insights to leadership in the afternoon. You will own the budgeting and forecasting process, drive deep-dive variance analysis, and serve as the go-to financial advisor for commercial decision-making. If you are an adaptable, analytical leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth business environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Commercial Analysis
• FP&A Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Provide detailed variance analysis to explain "the why" behind the numbers to management.
• Commercial/Revenue Stewardship: Manage revenue reporting and commercial spend analysis. Ensure the accuracy of accruals, reconciliations, and the alignment of actual spend against forecasted performance.
• Brand/Strategic Support: Act as the finance partner to brand/business leaders. Provide spend analysis, investment ROI support, and business decision-making insights to drive brand performance.
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Executive Presentations: Prepare clear, concise, and actionable presentation materials for finance leadership. Highlight key performance drivers, potential risks, and emerging business opportunities.
• Month-End/Quarter-End: Lead financial reporting activities related to commercial spending and revenue. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all period-end close tasks.
• System & Process Optimization: Serve as a subject matter expert for system upgrades (UAT). Identify opportunities to streamline reporting tools, templates, and financial processes to drive efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience Baseline: 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or revenue accounting.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced Microsoft Excel (expert-level modeling, data manipulation, and reconciliation).
• Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and pivot focus as business needs evolve.
Preferred Attributes
• SAP (or similar large-scale ERP) system proficiency.
• A "business partner" mindset-someone who views finance as an enabler of growth, not just a back-office function.
• Strong communication skills, with a track record of simplifying complex financial stories for non-financial stakeholders.
