JOB TITLE: DATA ANALYST LOCATION: TUCSON, AZ RATE RANGE: 65.OO-70.00 JOB#: 15031780 REQUIRED o Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (but not needed at this time) o Ability to obtain and maintain CAC access for government systems (ELMS/DPAS, FLITES) o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail o Experience using Microsoft tools – Word and Excel JOB DESCRIPTION • What is the primary mission of this role? o DPAS Data Analyst / Property Accountability Analyst to support mission-critical logistics and inventory accountability across multiple U.S. Air Force programs.

o This role operates at the intersection of government property systems, logistics data integrity, and audit compliance, requiring hands-on interaction with U.S. Air Force systems including ELMS (DPAS) and FLITES. o The analyst will be responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and resolving transaction discrepancies between Raytheon systems (PRISM) and U.S.

Government systems, ensuring accurate reporting of government-owned materials across their lifecycle. • What are the main functions of this role? o Monitor and validate daily transaction activity between Raytheon systems and U.S.

Government systems (ELMS/DPAS) o Investigate and resolve rejected or failed transactions, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions o Utilize PRISM, ELMS (DPAS), and FLITES to research, validate, and reconcile logistics and inventory data o Support and process transactions including: o Issues (to government facilities, contractor locations, next higher assemblies, disassembly, scrap) Receipts (production, government, contractor, NHA) Ownership transfers across DoD agencies Updates (condition codes, part numbers, etc.) o Cross-reference part and logistics data using FLITES (WebFLIS equivalent) to ensure accuracy and compliance o Collaborate with program teams, supply chain, and engineering to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows o Maintain compliance with government property accountability standards, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy o Identify opportunities to improve data quality, system workflows, and process optimization initiatives Equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities * While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
