Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Tech Lead responsible for leading a team of software developers. The role involves providing technical guidance, managing projects, and ensuring engineering best practices are followed while developing solutions to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day development process and oversee the implementation of the technical design.
• Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes to extract insights from existing data leveraging rigorous project management discipline to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery while managing team capacity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment and mentor team members.
• Conduct business due-diligence activities to identify analytics opportunities for transformation.
• Should be willing to work in Afternoon Shifts (2pm to 11pm IST) (only for offshore).
• Traveling with in and outside of India on short term or long-term basis (only for offshore).
• Ability to manage high volume and high complexity data projects across multiple delivery location in virtual environment with excellent client communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Expert in Informatica PowerCenter, SQL scripting (Stored Procedure, Triggers, Cursors, Functions), and Oracle DB
• Complex SQL - Very Strong in SQL, data profiling and data analysis
• ETL Design Document – Candidate must have strong experience in creating design documents for min 3 to 4 years. Strong in ETL design, performance tuning and indexes optimization.
• Netezza or Teradata – Candidate must have experience in Netezza OR Teradata database. If either of the experiences is missing, please drop the candidate.
• Informatica Development – Candidate must have strong experience and knowledge on end-to-end Data warehousing concepts with hands-on exp of development.
• Good Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Candidate must have created technical design documents individually for multiple projects.
• Designing the Data transformation process, exceptions handling, job scheduling.
• Exposure towards Source to Target Mapping and Function Requirement Specifications Docs.
• Deploy, Run, and Debug the ETL engine running the scripts built by the ETL Engineering team.
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills along with client handling skills.

• Education: Bachelor / Master's degree in Engineering/Science.
• More than 10 Years of work experience
• Experience in Technology Consulting is important.
Preferred:
• Good Knowledge of Denodo and Tidal would be a huge plus.
• Good knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM.
