Description
ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst, a high‑impact, operations‑focused role supporting supply chain excellence across our Columbia, PA, manufacturing operations.
How You Will Help
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and other functions to align material planning with build schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and recommend optimal stocking strategies for all products
  • Support supplier performance management by tracking delivery timelines, quality metrics, and pricing trends
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory, lead times, and supplier reliability
  • Assist in the development of sourcing strategies for critical materials
  • Identify risks in the supply chain (e.g., shortages, delays) and propose mitigation plans
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics, warehousing, and production flow
