The Role
As a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics in the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization you would have the opportunity to directly contribute towards this future. We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. You'll be embedded in our Digital Assets business and will partner together to help support and evolve Fidelity Digital Assets® offerings that demonstrate Fidelity's commitment to customer value and high customer experience standards.
This role requires a dedicated, committed, and passionate individual who can:
  • Create and summarizes large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
  • Collect and analyze data / develop insights and reporting capabilities to empower organizational leaders to make decisions.
  • Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Assets organization
  • Work across diverse skilled teams to find success for Fidelity and our customers.
  • Have a natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.
  • 4 plus years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.
  • Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports by using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc; Business Objects experience a plus.
  • Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.
  • Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience in Digital Assets a plus.
