We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, intellectually curious, and energized by solving business problems with data. Success in this role comes less from prior pricing experience and more from having a passion for analytics, asking questions, and continuously looking for ways to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing, occupancy, demand, customer behavior, and competitive data to identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Develop analyses, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and measure pricing effectiveness.
  • Conduct testing and analysis of pricing, promotional, and revenue initiatives to identify incremental growth opportunities.
  • Perform store-level and portfolio analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology to support data-driven business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, pricing, consulting, finance, or other highly analytical environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel required; experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality, and a passion for using data to challenge assumptions and solve complex business problems.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
