Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete weekly billing functions for certain outsourced services arrangements
- Evaluate all billing processes for process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Research and provide prompt and courteous follow-up for client related billing questions and/or reporting requests.
- Assist in the semi-monthly PBM Billing process, as needed.
- Complete the weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly HealthDyne Billing Process, as needed.
- Create and distribute other Invoices as needed.
- Advanced planning skills; must have the ability to manage tasks to successful timely conclusions.
- Assist in developing analytics dashboard to highlight trends in PBM and other functions.
- Support the Revenue Cycle team with other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Must possess a 4-year degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics or related fields, with proven quantitative experience.
- 1-3 years of work experience
- PBM, healthcare, pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft SQL, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Python experience preferred.
- Microsoft Excel and Visual Studio experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate understanding of Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Advanced diligence, keeping in mind the "big picture"
