Job Summary
Job Title: SAS Clinical and R programmer (W2 Contract role)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
We are seeking a SAS Clinical and R programmer . Please apply for an immediate interview.
Requirements:
  • Under moderate guidance, designs, develops, evaluates and modifies SAS and R macros to analyze and evaluate clinical data.
  • Create new R Dashboards using R Shiny.
  • Plans, writes and executes statistical programs in SAS and R designed to analyze data from database.
  • Produces tables, listings and figures. Assesses data accuracy and consistency.
  • Applies extensive knowledge and skills, may act as lead programmer on project team(s).
  • Worked hands-on different R packages
  • Develop SAS macros and then compare with R programming
  • Part of migration activities from SAS in to R
  • Compare SAS and R functions like Transpose, Sort, Groupby, Arrange, Sequence,Slice etc.
  • Worked on different kinds of file types like .CSV, excel, delimited etc
  • Used Variety of Parameters for creating dashboards in R
  • Validate packages in R
  • Publishing R dashboards
  • Validates and documents SAS macro library.
  • May supervise one or two lower level programmers assigned to project and/or may provide performance feedback in review of others..
  • Explores new programming technology. Tests, documents and integrates software tools into programming procedures.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves difficult problems in creative ways, and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, exploring and implementing new concepts and methodologies.
  • Translates technical knowledge into business strategy.
  • Leads internal/external teams and builds professional relationships
