What Youll Do

As a BCBA at Axis, no two days look exactly the same. Youll work directly with children with autism and other developmental disorders in our clinic alongside a talented team of Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists making a real difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Delivering direct ABA therapy and developing individualized treatment plans (goals, objectives, and interventions)
  • Conducting functional behavioral assessments and analyses (FBA, FAST, MAS, QABF, and more)
  • Administering diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2) and language/verbal behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
  • Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) youll be a key part of their professional growth
  • Providing parent, teacher, and staff training on ABA principles and behavior modification
  • Collaborating closely with our in-house OT and SLP teams, as well as medical professionals and outside providers
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Supporting clinic operations and ensuring compliance with insurance and certification requirements

What You Bring

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the BACB (required); BCABA applicants considered
  • Masters degree (required)
  • Availability for a minimum of 1 day per week in the clinic
