Responsibilities:
  • Gather, clean and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.
  • Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more general statistical analysis.
  • Work with data architects, engineers and other analysts to translate data and business rules into enterprise data models that can be used for a wide range of reporting and analytics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and data expert for a section of business to identify how data is being used, help identify new changing data needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate and mentor business users on performing self-service analytics, visualizations, and reporting.
  • Maintain the data-related education resources, such as training material, procedures, data catalog, and data glossary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

What we need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Ability to connect to, extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and visualization.
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to communicate insights through effective reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure Data Platform tools preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

What we offer:
  • Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $29.25. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship.
  • Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday-Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change at any time based on business needs
