Role Summary
Are you a Senior Data Governance Analyst with a passion for governing unstructured data at scale? In this role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to design and implement enterprise governance controls that make unstructured content trusted, compliant, and AI-ready.

You will also collaborate with structured data teams to drive consistent, end-to-end governance practices.
Success in this role requires the ability to execute and evolve the data governance operating model, leverage governance tools to automate controls, and solve complex business challenges such as content sprawl, data discoverability, sensitivity labeling, retention, legal hold, and regulatory compliance. You will influence stakeholders, translate governance concepts for both technical and business audiences, and design scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
