Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is recruiting experienced AI Business Analysts who thrive at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and machine learning. This role is ideal for professionals who can partner with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases, assess feasibility, and drive adoption of intelligent systems across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities across business units
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data science and engineering teams
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI modeling for proposed AI solutions
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Support model validation, performance benchmarking, and post-deployment monitoring
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and regulatory considerations relevant to client industries
Qualifications:
  • 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or AI/ML project delivery
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with familiarity in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical outputs into actionable business insights
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
