 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect working on innovative, scalable, data-heavy, on-demand enterprise applications and guiding software engineers

• 5+ years

- hands-on experience working on Greenfield solutions and building tech stack and implementation strategy from scratch

- with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure and Operations and establish best practices

-identifying, managing and remediating IT risk and tech debt

• Hands-on experience

- building and delivering self-serve solutions leveraging various approved on-prem and cloud capabilities

- building BPM solutions with customizable & dynamic workflow

- with Rule Management and Rule translation frameworks with capabilities to covert and run user-provided rules into machine executable format

• Split time between leading design, implementation & software engineers and performing

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with hands-on experience working on all aspects: Front-end, user experience, APIs, Backend, CI/CD, DevSecops and NoSQL/SQL development and data modeling
