Job Title: JEE Front End Developer (Angular, JEE, JSP, Spring/Struts)

Location: Austin,TX (Hybrid - Texas local candidates ONLY)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Front End/UI development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the JEE application development platform
  • Hands-on experience in Server-side/Web Services development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications on the JEE application development platform
  • Hands-on development experience implementing applications utilizing any JEE Application Server, Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategies
  • Hands-on programming experience in the following languages/technologies:
    • Java, JEE
    • REST/SOAP web services
    • HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Typescript
    • Spring, Java Server Pages (JSP), Struts
    • JSON, XML, JWT, Maven
    • OpenAPI v3, OAuth
  • Experience implementing client-facing applications with responsive design and development
  • Experience implementing Single Page Applications (SPAs) including experience using Angular TypeScript framework
  • Hands-on experience implementing web services, including RESTful services security using JWT, OAuth, and related technologies/standards
  • Experience integrating web services into Angular or React-based SPAs
  • Experience implementing client-facing applications using JSP and Struts
  • Experience in development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Experience implementing best practices in application design, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with JBoss or IBM WebSphere Application Server
  • Hands-on experience with Agile Development Methodologies (preferably Scrum)
  • Hands-on development experience for mobile and tablet platforms
Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain enterprise-class applications across the full technology stack, including UI, server-side, and web services
  • Design and implement responsive, client-facing web applications and SPAs using Angular and related technologies
  • Develop and integrate secure web services using REST, JWT, OAuth
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
  • Create reusable components and modules for scalability and maintainability
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support integration efforts and deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments
