Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges faced by clients in rehabilitation.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to define clients' mental health requirements, crafting personalized treatment plans with specific, achievable goals that align with each individual’s rehabilitation journey.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients and their families, assisting them in navigating community resources, support systems, and social services essential in their recovery process.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention support when necessary to safeguard clients' emotional well-being and ensure their safety during critical situations.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with strict ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians—to deliver coordinated and holistic client care.
