• Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address the emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges faced by clients in rehabilitation.
• Perform in-depth assessments to define clients' mental health requirements, crafting personalized treatment plans with specific, achievable goals that align with each individual’s rehabilitation journey.
• Serve as an advocate for clients and their families, assisting them in navigating community resources, support systems, and social services essential in their recovery process.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support when necessary to safeguard clients' emotional well-being and ensure their safety during critical situations.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with strict ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians—to deliver coordinated and holistic client care.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and the emotional dimensions of rehabilitation, facilitating their adjustment and resilience.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to foster relationships with local organizations and expand our referral networks in pursuit of enhanced client resources.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Sight, you will work with a diverse range of clients who are facing various health challenges that impact their emotional and psychological well-being. This population may include individuals recovering from chronic illnesses, managing mental health disorders, or coping with the aftermath of trauma. Your role will focus on empowering these clients to navigate their rehabilitation journeys through tailored therapeutic support.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or a relevant field is required, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical counseling practices and confidentiality in client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting, particularly in providing counseling or therapeutic interventions.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms for delivering remote counseling services.
• Proficient in utilizing client management software to maintain client records and treatment documentation.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
