· Hourly: $20 - $25/hour

· Florida Driver’s License: Required, with a clean driving record (background check)

· Role:

o Although relevant experience is helpful, no experience is necessary. We are more concerned about your character (e.g., work ethic, integrity, reliability, etc.). You will be formally trained to perform at a high level. You must consistently provide excellent customer service. We treat customers the way you would like your mother to be treated. Do what you tell customers you will do, how you said you would do it, and when you said you would do it.

· Core Responsibilities:

o Plan and complete water and mold cleanup, applying remediation techniques using trade tools and instruments.

  • Setup and breakdown of job sites.

o Document the job scope and progress with pictures, logs, e-mails, etc. Must document work performed and submit paperwork promptly.

  • Must be comfortable with math to estimate (perimeter, area, square feet, cubic feet, etc.).
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in a clean, safe, and ready state.

o Must be dependable and on time when safely traveling to job sites.

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, training, job quotes, etc.

o Must effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

o Must be comfortable in uncomfortable environments (e.g., crawl spaces, attics, dirty water, etc.)

o Must always, always, always answer calls from customers.

o The role will afford you opportunities for advancement as the company grows and according to your qualifications.
