Job description

The Landscape Crew Lead will supervise and coordinate groundskeepers to ensure well-maintained grounds, proper use of tools, and responsible allocation of resources. The Crew Lead assigns tasks, trains workers, monitors performance, and provides material and cost estimates.

Arriving on time, professional presentation, hygiene, and a clean uniform are not debatable.

Operations
  • Review of machinery, truck before and after work
  • Mark a checklist of equipment and materials to take and return
  • Protocol and instruction follow-up
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the truck and equipment
  • Responsible for the safety and maintenance of equipment and materials
  • Take notes of work completed at each property with proper photo documentation (before and after)

Administrative
  • Weekly focus meeting
  • Accident reports for truck and trailer

  • Verify and follow through with service orders
