DeCampli Bender CPAs, LLC is a growing local accounting firm whose partners have been providing high quality accounting and tax services for over 25 years. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent experience looking for a casual work environment and a flexible schedule-after tax season (of course).

We offer the following:

  • This is a full-time, salaried position
  • Casual dress code
  • Flexible Work Schedule
    • 55 hours per week during tax season January through April
    • 4 days per week, May, September-December
    • 3 days per week, June-August

Job Description
  • Prepare personal tax returns
  • Prepare corporate, partnership, and S-corp returns
  • Prepare amended returns and complete a variety of personal and corporate tax projects
  • Adjust client bookkeeping files within QuickBooks to accurately prepare tax returns
  • Prepare communications to tax authorities in response to any client tax correspondence
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with staff to complete other projects or administrative duties
Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate and individual tax preparation
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  • Highly proficient in professional grade tax software; Intuit Pro Series preferred
  • Highly proficient in QuickBooks software
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with debits and credits
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative as a self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
