Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated After School Mentor to provide leadership and implement a safe and age-appropriate after-school program for school-age youth. This is a seasonal position that will begin September 8, 2026.ย 


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the After School Program Coordinator to design and enhance after-school programs.

- Monitor children's attendance and academic progress to ensure their development.

- Assist team members in creating a secure, efficient, and productive environment for both staff and children.

- Generate incident reports as necessary to maintain program safety and integrity.

- Develop and lead high-quality academic and enrichment clubs that engage students.

- Motivate children to set and achieve their academic and personal goals.

- Engage with families, colleagues, and staff to foster development and maintain consistent communication.

Requirements

  • ย At least 18 years old.
