Cheer & Dance Instructor (After School) – Tampa, FL (Hillsborough County)

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and dependable After-School Cheer & Dance Instructors to lead exciting cheerleading and dance enrichment programs for elementary-aged students throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County.

Whether you're a cheer coach, dancer, dance instructor, teacher, college student, or someone with experience working with youth, this is a rewarding opportunity to help children stay active while building confidence and teamwork.

Position Details

  • Part-time, after-school position

  • Monday through Friday

  • Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

  • 1.5-hour sessions

  • $45 per session ($30 per hour)

  • No weekends

  • No lesson planning required

  • Curriculum, music, and equipment provided

  • Cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, or coaching experience is preferred but not required

  • Experience working with children is a plus

  • Comfortable working with students in grades K–5

  • Reliable transportation to schools throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process
